Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling, I can work alongside you to help make sense of it all.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can work with you to overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Counselling gives teenagers and young adults the chance to talk to someone outside of the family circle in a non-judgemental environment, helping young clients make sense of their thoughts, feelings and behaviour.
When your child is struggling with their mental health you can feel powerless. I have experience of working with children and try to create an environment with children in mind, to lower anxiety, to engage and allow them the space to open up and make progress.
